Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Rudrisse products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
